When you send a message to us, we collect the data you have given to us in that message in order to obtain confirmation that you are entitled to receive the information and to provide you with the information you need. We record your request and our reply in order to increase the efficiency of our organisation. We may keep personally identifiable information associated with your messages, such as your name or email address, so that we can refer to it if you contact us again in future.
When we receive a complaint, we record all the information you have given us. We use that information to resolve your complaint. If your complaint reasonably requires us to contact some other person, we may decide to give to that other person some of the information contained in your complaint. We do this as infrequently as possible, but it is a matter of our sole discretion as to whether we do give information and, if we do, what that information is. The Acosta Dance Foundation issues regular communications via email to update our mailing list subscribers on our projects, events and fundraising activities. We also send marketing information on behalf of associated artists and or companies such as Acosta Danza (but will never share your details with them). When you sign up for our mailing list, we will add your name and email address to our database. Every marketing email you receive from us will have an unsubscribe link. Alternatively, you can write to us at info@acostadancefoundation.org.uk to request removal. We will retain sufficient detail on our suppression lists to help ensure we do not contact you in future.
We reserve the right to cancel events, classes and or rehearsals at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Thus we will make every reasonable effort to inform you via our website, social channels and or via email marketing.
We do not monitor or review the content of other parties websites which are linked to and from our website. Opinions expressed or material appearing on such websites are not necessarily shared or endorsed by the Acosta Dance Foundation and should not be regarded as the publisher of such opinions or material.
