Ticket’s Terms and Conditions

Tickets are not refundable and cannot be exchanged or resold.
The Acosta Dance Foundation reserves the right to cancel/change and void any tickets offered for resale and advertised on ticket resale or auction sites.
You must be able to present your e-ticket on request while at the venue. Electronic validation must be provided. We will not honour, refund or replace duplicated tickets that have already been admitted.
If you can’t attend our classes because of any last-minute event, you must contact us via email at [email protected], expressing the reason for your absence with at least two working days’ notice.
If you have purchased tickets with Ticket Insurance and cannot attend the event, please refer to the ticket insurance provider’s terms and conditions for order cancellation and refund procedure. The Acosta Dance Foundation does not provide nor sell ticket insurance.
The Acosta Dance Foundation reserves the right to alter the advertised classes without advance notice. In case of cancellation or change (when applicable), a full refund of the ticket purchased for the specific class changed/cancelled will be provided. The Acosta Dance Foundation reserves the right to reschedule, cancel or abandon a class or workshop. If your class/workshop is rescheduled, all tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date; if you cannot attend, you must contact us within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement to request a refund.
We will contact bookers should a cancellation, postponement or significant amendment to the event be made. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the contact details we hold are correct and up to date.
The Acosta Dance Foundation is not liable nor provides personal travel, accommodation or hospitality arrangements.
All tickets will be delivered electronically. If you discover an error in your ticket, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number. The Acosta Dance Foundation reserves the right to cancel and refund tickets purchased in excess. Ticket pricing is subject to change at any time without notice and is only fixed at the point of booking. The Spring Club membership option/discounts/offer/ cannot be applied retrospectively, and it is only valid until 31 Jun 2023.

Most classes are designed for adults over the age of 16 (unless otherwise stated). Please check event information in advance of purchasing for age restrictions and guidance.
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions will void your ticket and transaction.

 

Privacy Policy attending classes and events

At Acosta Dance Foundation, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and visitors. During our dance classes, pictures and images may be taken for various purposes, including but not limited to, promotional and marketing activities. By accepting our terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that your image may be used by Acosta Dance Foundation for such purposes. We reserve the right to use these images in any of our marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to, our website, social media channels, and other advertising materials. We take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously and will never disclose any of your personal information without your consent. Liability Free Policy for Dance Classes at the Acosta Dance Centre

The Acosta Dance Foundation is committed to providing quality dance education to our students. To ensure the safety of our students, we have implemented the following liability-free policy for all dance classes delivered at the Acosta Dance Centre:

  1. Release of Liability: By enrolling in our dance classes, students agree to release the Acosta Dance Foundation, its teachers, and staff from any and all liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during class or on the premises of the Acosta Dance Centre.
  2. Assumption of Risk: Students acknowledge that dance classes involve physical activity and assume all risks associated with participation in dance classes, including but not limited to physical injuries and accidents.
  3. Safety Measures: The Acosta Dance Foundation is committed to providing a safe learning environment for our students. We have implemented safety measures, including regular cleaning and sanitization of our facilities, enforcing social distancing protocols, and requiring students to wear appropriate dance attire and footwear.
  4. Parental Consent: Parents or legal guardians of students under 18 years of age must sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with dance classes and releasing the Acosta Dance Foundation from any liability for injuries or damages.

By enrolling in our dance classes, students and their parents or legal guardians acknowledge and accept this liability-free policy.
